After logging into myPersonality users had to agree to the disclaimer.
Users of the Big 5 questionnaire then saw the consent form and had to check the box and then click Submit to agree to that.
After completing the Big 5 questionnaire, and at the bottom near the Submit button was a paragraph asking people for permission to access/store their Facebook data for research. There was a checkbox that users had to tick to opt-in to sharing their Facebook data. If they didn't check the box then they still got their personality results. About 30%-40% of people opted in.
Once users opted in to sharing their data, then Facebook did its own popup telling users that they'll be sharing their data with the “myPersonality application,” and users again had to click OK on that box.
